Volunteers are the foundation of REadingADvantage, Inc..

We are always looking for volunteers who have a passion to encourage low- income families to read to their children. If you are interested in helping young children learn to love and read books, then volunteering with us might be just right for you.

We have several volunteering opportunities, including:

  • Assembling Workshop Packets

  • Coordinating Workshop Schedules

  • Developing Resources

  • Distributing Books to Non-profits

  • Fundraising

  • Leading family Literacy Workshops

  • Reading Stories to Children

To volunteer, complete the Volunteer Registration Form (Word Document) and send it as an attachment to our director, Deborah Polk, . (When you fill in the form and exit, it will ask you if you want to save a version of the form. Tell it yes, and where to put it; then send that version as an attachment.)

Volunteers in action!
